Update: Iniakuk Lake Weather, Brooks Range, Alaska

NOAA has been calling for 'rain showers' and 'sprinkles'. What we are experiencing now and have been all summer, is driving, pounding, concrete-busting torrential rain backed by flower-flattening winds! This is a far cry from a 'sprinkle' or wide-spread rainstorm.

Ceiling is becoming obscured with rain fog, visibility is 5 miles in rain fog. It's raining profusely and the temperature is dropping.
