Iniakuk Lake Weather, Brooks Range, Alaska

Barometer 29.94, temperature 50 degrees. Ceiling slight overcast at 6000', visibility 10 miles. Dense wildfire smoke over the Alatna Hills. Calm wind.

Yesterday an epic T-storm passed through Iniakuk River with cracking thunder followed by crushing hail and then rain. The storm then circled around and came back by the Alatna River. Brooks Range weather is amazing.
