Iniakuk Lake Fire and Weather, Brooks Range, Alaska

Barometer 30.1, temperature 58 degrees. Ceiling 6000' overcast, visibility 10 miles with light smoke. SW winds at 5 knots.

Iniakuk Fire Update: The last firefighters pulled out yesterday due to a persistent bear in their camp and we felt we could watch the fire and report to dispatch if it starts to run. Yesterday, with high SE winds and no rain, there was significant torching. Rain please.
