Iniakuk Lake Fire and Weather, Brooks Range, Alaska

Barometer 29.8, temperature 58 degrees. Ceiling 4000' overcast with rain fog, visibility 5 miles with rain fog and smoke. Winds calm.

Iniakuk Fire Update: Rain! Our first real rain since the lightening strike June 26. Very helpful, causing a lot of expected smoke but very helpful.
