Iniakuk Lake Fire and Weather, Brooks Range, Alaska

Barometer 29.9, temperature 42 degrees. Ceiling 6000' broken with patches of morning fog, visibility 10 miles with patches of morning fog over the Alatna Hills. Slight north wind.

Iniakuk Fire Update: The third crew change took place yesterday as this fire has a mind of its own. A bit of rain and cooler temperatures helps a lot. More rain please.
